Sashco

merging history and innovation.

The design team partnered with Sashco in order to create a design that focused heavily on small details and specific needs, from product labs to creative marketing spaces, to production space, all while maintaining the brand and unifying each of the different manufacturing processes across the entire 128,000 square foot facility. Sashco's idea of “One Company” was the unique concept at all junctions that led to the decisions that resulted in the final design: this meant the unification of their production process, lab process creation of products and their employees who work within the office. The process of design started with in-depth programming and space planning sessions that were done virtually with Sashco through the pandemic to ensure that each of their adjacencies, future needs, growth and company goals would be met. The result is a design that captures so many elements of Sashco’s company history, a story of its people and a truly fun environment for everyone to work.
