Met Park East Amenities

return to work? absolutely.

Kestrel Design Group partnered with Beacon Capital Partners to reimagine an underutilized floor at Met Park East in Seattle, transforming it into a vibrant amenities hub designed to support “return to work” goals. With tenants seeking flexibility, choice, and reasons to reconnect in person, the new space blends wellness, collaboration, and comfort.

The design includes a fitness center with yoga studio, wellness room, shared lounge and breakroom areas, flexible meeting and conference rooms, and a large outdoor patio. Cool tones, bold patterns, and pops of color create an inviting environment, while the reuse of existing materials supported both sustainability and cost savings.

What was once an empty floor is now a community-focused destination that helps attract and retain tenants while supporting evolving workplace needs.
