Met Park East Amenities

Kestrel Design Group was recommended to the Beacon Capital Partners team in Seattle, Washington after building a relationship over multiple projects and years with the local Denver team. Their goal? To attract and retain tenants in the wake of Covid-19 with upgraded shared spaces and enhanced spec suites that gave tenants freedom of choice and flexibility to figure out what their businesses needed with 'return to work' summons. Our design work at the Met Park campus has included space planning spec suites on multiple floors and including entire floor plate concepts, inventory management of existing furniture in two buildings, a full-floor multi-tenant coworking concept, and a new shared amenity space. Within the amenity space, our scope included a fitness center with yoga studio, a tenant lounge with shared conference space, breakroom and wellness room, and a large outdoor patio lounge space.
