organic materials, translated to the built world.

Design for the space is a mix of industrial, masculine shapes and organic materials, shapes and patterns. As an oil and gas investment company, the idea of shale rock is incorporated throughout the space as well as moss, grass and other shapes that are reminiscent of those found in nature. The floorplate allows for the ‘front-of-house’ to appeal to investors with wood ceiling baffles, impressive large scale lighting and upgraded materials like Calacatta marble-look quartz. As you meander through the rest of the space away from the entry areas, patterns increase in scale and colors and patterns become more vibrant, culminating at the light and airy break area to the west and the open office lounge with a green shag rug that creates an indoor/outdoor space.
