Versus Capital

Versus Capital, a growing capital investment firm relocated to 10,000 SF in a new LEED Gold and WELL Certified building in the Denver Tech Center. While the company was young, the leaders of the firm were baby boomers who understood the importance of a well-designed workplace and its relationship to overall wellbeing and productivity. The space was designed to wrap around an interior light well which gave access to daylight for all workspaces. The glass office fronts throughout were selected based on design aesthetic as well as acoustical privacy. It was important to the client for the space feel comfortable yet sophisticated. The use of classic materials in a contemporary way helped create a feeling of casual elegance.
