Martin Marietta’s move was the epitome of Denver’s fast-growing construction market. Martin Marietta is a leading supplier of aggregates and heavy building materials up and down the I-25 corridor and the teams, separated into three offices, required consolidation to provide the best service possible. Occupying one-and-a-half floors in Denver West, the 33,000 plus square foot office required separated areas for each division of the company. While design for construction companies can sometimes mean hard, dull and dark, the KDG team injected a new style into the space by using a variety of colors and textures along with creating interest through unique furniture pieces and eye-popping wall graphics.
