One of Colorado's fastest growing new public companies needed a contemporary, innovative new space that represented its corporate vision and accommodated its rapid growth. Kestrel Architecture moved mountains - and a few corridors - to transform 40,000 square feet in Centennial and make a May move-in wish a reality.

Often architects are able to play a role outside of the design and construction phases that can save a client money and time. RingCentral, which recently held its initial public offering (IPO), was growing quickly, and was destined to outgrow its current space.

Faced with limited space options that could accommodate their growth and company size, they needed a partner who could enable a quick and creative solution. In addition to designing and planning the new 40,000 square foot space, our team was able to work with the local jurisdictions to address potential code issues and allow RingCentral to secure space in their preferred building. RingCentral’s new Centennial offices opened for business on May 12, and feature a creative open-office environment, numerous collaborative spaces, and employee amenities such as a large, open breakroom and “green rooms” where employees can get away from the office environment when needed.
