New Business Director
Lauren grew up on an apple orchard in Lee, New Hampshire and this is truly where she developed her love for baking, art, farming, and even construction. She later moved to Tivoli, New York where she studied Art Education. By 2009, she had moved to Colorado to study at Johnson & Wales for Baking and Pastry Arts. She made the decision to move towards health and fitness as well as teaching children. As an avid rock climbing instructor, she was asked to develop a competitive rock climbing team. After several years in the climbing community, she decided to devote her time to her art, creating greeting cards, sculptures and murals while travelling to Europe, Croatia, and South Africa. You can find one of her murals in Grahamstown, SA on the outside of a guest house that Nelson Mandela often visited. She returned to CO and shortly after learned she had a passion for Denver's growth. For the past 3 years, Lauren has developed a sincere interest in all of the pieces that build this city and genuinely enjoys meeting others who are passionate and thoughtful for this community.
